Returns Policy:
All returns are subject to a ten percent (10%) processing fee. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and Kingdom Pets will be responsible for the cost of shipping an item back for return.
Once a return has been delivered to Kingdom Pets and inspected, you will either receive in-store credit or a refund to account. It generally takes about 2 business days after your refund is issued to process the transaction and make the funds available.
Kingdom Pets will not accept a return unless it has been issued a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. In order to acquire an RMA number, you must contact us within 7 days of your purchase.
You will have 10 days within which to return a product/pet that has been pre-approved with an RMA number. If you fail to return an item within the 10-day period, the RMA number will expire. RMA numbers cannot be extended nor reissued once they expire.
LIFETIME GUARANTEE:
1.In the event of the death of the pet within 1 year from its birth due to genetics, the Seller shall replace the pet with another of equivalent value at no cost to you.
2.The buyer has 10 days after purchase to return the pet for full refund if found unfit for sell by a licensed veterinary.
3.In the event of the death of the pet, due to genetics, after the 1 year of birth, the Seller shall issue a replacement credit in the amount of thirty five percent (35%) of the original cost towards the purchase of a replacement pet of equivalent value.
4.The Buyer is responsible for the daily health care and maintenance of the pet, including all immunizations and examinations recommended after purchase, as well as providing necessary medication and follow-up treatments from veterinarian visits.
5.The value of the pet for the purpose of this guarantee is solely the original purchase price, not including shipping, and does not include any additional prices declared by the Buyer. Seller sells pets for companion purposes only.
